Shares of the company fell nearly 6% in recent trade.
Earnings per share for the quarter ended March 31 climbed to 8.29 rupees from 6.21 rupees a year earlier.
The chemical company's revenue from operations increased year on year to 6.85 billion rupees from 5.80 billion rupees, the filing said.
Rossari Biotech's board recommended a final dividend of 0.50 rupees per share for the financial year ended March 31.
