VRTX's Q1 2026 was marked by robust revenue growth, successful commercial execution of new products, and significant progress in its clinical pipeline, particularly in the renal space. The company's CF franchise remains the primary revenue driver, while new products like Casgevy and Gernavics are beginning to contribute meaningfully to growth, accounting for approximately 25% of the total product revenue growth in Q1.
