-- Puravankara (NSE:PURVA, BOM:532891) said its wholly owned subsidiary Starworth Infrastructure & Construction has received a letter of intent worth 1.44 billion Indian rupees for a residential project in Bengaluru, India, according to a Wednesday filing on Indian bourses.
Shares of the company fell over 1% in Thursday's trade.
The contract, awarded by NPS Developers involves civil, structural, waterproofing and finishing works, with execution scheduled over 28 months, the filing said.
