Paras Defence Signs MOU with Complus Systems and JV Micronics

-- Paras Defence and Space Technologies (NSE:PARAS, BOM:543367) has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Complus Systems and JV Micronics, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

Under the pact, the three parties will collaborate to promote and pursue opportunities, both in India and internationally, for the design, development, manufacturing, installation, and servicing of anechoic and semi-anechoic chambers.

Paras will serve as the consortium leader and will oversee the design, development, manufacturing, and installation of the chambers, along with the associated filters and engineered points of entry. It will also coordinate business development activities, represent the consortium in external engagements, and provide overall strategic direction.

根据周二在香港交易所提交的文件，康希诺生物（港交所代码：6185，沪交所代码：688185）2026年第一季度归属于母公司股东的亏损扩大至4040万元人民币，而上年同期为1150万元人民币。每股亏损0.16元人民币，而上年同期为0.05元人民币。由于公司商业产品组合不断扩大、海外业务持续增长以及MCV4疫苗销售强劲，营业收入同比增长39%，从上年同期的1.372亿元人民币增至1.903亿元人民币。这家疫苗生产商将亏损扩大归因于运营成本上升、销售、行政和研发费用增加，以及与政府拨款和国际资金支持相关的其他收入减少。
