-- Mapletree Logistics Trust's (SGX:M44U) available distribution per unit or DPU dropped 7% in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31 to SG$0.01819, from SG$0.01955 a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Amount distributable to unitholders was down by 6.1% to SG$93 million from SG$99.1 million a year earlier.
Net property income edged down 0.9% to SG$151.4 million from SG$152.8 million in the year-ago period, while gross revenue fell 1.7% year over year to SG$176.6 million from SG$179.6 million.
Meanwhile, portfolio occupancy rose to 96.9% as at March 31 from 96.4% in the previous quarter, thanks to higher occupancies in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea. The weighted average lease expiry of the portfolio by net lettable area was 2.5 years.
