Loss per share came in at 2.56 rupees from a loss per share of 4.48 rupees a year earlier, the pharmaceutical company said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Thursday.
Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 increased to 4.56 billion rupees from 3.84 billion rupees a year ago.
The company's shares jumped over 14% in recent trade.
