Geopacific Resources Completes Drilling at Papua New Guinea Gold Project Deposits, Shares Fall 8%

-- Geopacific Resources (ASX:GPR) completed drilling at the Wayai Creek, Little MacKenzie, Busai Deeps, and Great Northern deposits at the Woodlark gold project in Papua New Guinea during the March quarter, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The Woodlark project's definitive feasibility study is scheduled to be delivered in May.

Tropical cyclone Maila passed close to Woodlark in April, impacting activities on the island and causing damage to road infrastructure and local communities.

Its shares fell 8% in recent trading on Thursday.

德国联邦统计局周四公布的初步数据显示，2026年第一季度德国国内生产总值(GDP)环比增长0.3%，高于此前修正后的0.2%。 此前市场普遍预期该季度GDP将增长0.2%。 按年率计算，德国经济本季度增长0.3%，与预期相符，高于此前公布的0.4%。
