-- Real estate developer Embassy Developments (NSE:EMBDL, BOM:532832) has voluntarily struck off some of its non-operational subsidiaries from the register of companies maintained by the Register of Companies in India, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The company had voluntarily filed an application with the Registrar of Companies to strike off two step-down subsidiaries, Varali Real Estate and Devona Infrastructure.

The dissolution is part of the company's ongoing initiative to simplify its corporate structure and reduce administrative and compliance costs.
