-- CITIC Resources (HKG:1205) renewed certain financial services agreements with its associates, the firm said in a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
Shares of the natural resource company were up nearly 2% in Thursday morning trade.
The company entered into the international financial services agreement with each of CITIC Bank International and CITIC Finance International and the China financial services agreement with CNCB and CITIC Finance PRC who agreed to provide financial services to the group for a period of three years.
