-- China HK Power Smart Energy Group (HKG:0931) entered into an oil and gas resources and trade cooperation agreement with Al-Qimmah Energy FZCO, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
Under the agreement, Al-Qimmah will supply oil and gas to China HK Power for sale to the international market.
Both sides also plan to invest in global oil and gas assets, including a new coastal liquefied natural gas terminal in China.
As part of the cooperation, Al-Qimmah also plans to invest in China HK Power shares.
