Under the second tranche, near 31.9-million units were issued for more than C$1.1 million, for total proceeds of C$1.5 million, the company said. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant with each warrant entitling the holder to buy a share for C$0.05 for a two-year period from the date of issuance, it added.
Insiders of the company participated in both the first and second tranche for an aggregate of near 3.1-million units for a total of C$118,685, the company said, before adding proceeds will be used for general corporate needs.
The company's shares last traded Apr. 23, closing at $0.06 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
