Earnings per share for the quarter ended March 31 climbed to 11.05 rupees from 9.44 rupees a year earlier.
The appliances company's revenue from operations rose year on year to 40.7 billion rupees from 40.2 billion rupees, the filing said.
The company recommended a final dividend of 8.5 rupees per share for financial year ended March 31, payable to shareholders of record on July 17.
