No financial terms were disclosed.
The investment is expected to expand Accenture's customer experience and service capabilities through the integration of Netomi's agentic AI platform, the company said.
Netomi said in a separate statement that it raised $110 million in new funding led by Accenture Ventures, with participation from Adobe Ventures, WndrCo, SLW, NAVER Ventures, Metis Strategy, and Fin Capital.
