The land, measuring 7,272.76 square meters, is located in the Wangjiabao Community on Chimagang Street, Chibi City, Hubei Province, China and will be used for the expansion of its production capacity.
Chibi Yinlun will sign an asset purchase agreement with related party, Hubei Yinlun Hoisting Machinery, for the land purchase.
