-- Hanjia Design (SHE:300746) was slapped with an 800,000 fine for overstating its 2024 revenue and costs, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
A probe conducted by China's Ministry of Finance found that the architectural design company overstated its accounts by using the gross method, instead of the net method.
The regulator also imposed fines of between 100,000 yuan and 200,000 yuan on people and accountants involved in the calculation.
The company's shares rose less than 2% during the afternoon trade.
