TianYiMa Information Industry Forms Data JV

Guangdong TianYiMa Information Industry (SHE:301178) jointly established a data subsidiary with Shantou East Coast Investment Construction.

Guangdong Tianyima Data Industry, with 10 million yuan in registered capital, will focus on data labeling and cross-border data processing, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

The software company will hold a 80% stake, while Shantou East Coast Investment Construction will hold 20%.

Guangdong TianYiMa Information Industry shares closed 5% higher Friday.
