Tande Explores Disposal of Real Estate Assets to Controlling Shareholder

Tande (SHA:600665) is evaluating a potential disposal of certain assets and liabilities related to its real estate development business, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.

The potential buyer would be the company's controlling shareholder, Xi'an Hi-Tech Group, or one of its affiliated parties.

The company said the specific assets and liabilities involved, transaction structure, and consideration have not yet been finalized.

Tande added that discussions and planning related to the proposed transaction remain ongoing.
