Suzhou Kelida Building & Decoration (SHA:603828) will invest 24 million yuan in non-monetary assets in subsidiary Kelida Property, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The assets include buildings and structures, including land use rights, the property manager said.
The assets have an appraised value of 24.4 million yuan, with the plot having a land area of 13,712 square meters and the building having an area of 6,707.11 square meters.
