Sunshine Lake Pharma Wins HKEX Nod for Hong Kong Share Full Circulation

-- Sunshine Lake Pharma (HKG:6887) said the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has granted listing approval for its Hong Kong share full circulation application, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.

Shares of the pharmaceutical firm were up nearly 1% in Thursday morning trade.

The approval covers the conversion of about 208.4 million domestic shares into Hong Kong-listed shares.

The converted shares represent about 36.1% of the company's total issued share capital.

Upon completion, Hong Kong-listed shares will account for about 55.7% of the company's total share capital, up from 19.6% before the conversion.

Norway's BlueNord Places $400 Million of Senior Unsecured Bond

BlueNord (BNOR.OL) said Wednesday it issued a new senior unsecured bond worth $400 million with a fixed interest rate of 7.875% per annum.The five-year bond is due in 2031, with the net proceeds earmarked for refinancing the oil and gas company's $300 million senior unsecured bonds, as well as for general corporate purposes. Settlement is scheduled for May 19.DNB Carnegie, Fearnley Securities, and Pareto Securities acted as joint bookrunners for the bond issue.
