Simplex Dishes Out Higher Year-End Dividend

Simplex (TYO:4373) declared a year-end dividend of 18 yen per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, matching earlier forecasts but significantly lower than the 50 yen per share paid a year ago, primarily due to a 4-for-1 stock split effective Dec. 1, 2025.

The consulting firm said total dividend payment amounts to 4.03 billion yen, payable from retained earnings on June 1, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.

The company's basic policy targets a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 40%.
