Shui-Mu International's (TPE:8443) board appointed Chairman Lo Jung-Yueh to concurrently serve as president, effective Tuesday, according to a same-day Taiwan Exchange filing.

The footwear and lifestyle retailer said the appointment replaces former president Kuo Hsin-Yi.
