Rushil Décor's Profit Drops in Fiscal Q4

Rushil Décor's (NSE:RUSHIL, BOM:533470) attributable profit declined to 101.2 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31 from 127.4 million rupees a year ago.

Earnings per share fell to 0.34 rupees from 0.42 rupees, the laminate and panel boards manufacturer said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Friday.

Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 remained flat year-on-year at 2.31 billion rupees.

The company's board recommended payment of a final dividend of 0.05 rupees per equity share of face value of 1 rupee each for the fiscal year ended March 31.

The company's shares were down nearly 2% in recent trade.
