Research Alert: CFRA Keeps Hold Opinion On Shares Of Expeditors International Of Washington

By

CFRA, an independent research provider, has providedwith the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We raise our 12-month target price by $19 to $165, valuing EXPD shares at 24x our 2027 EPS estimate of $6.85 (up by $0.31) and at 25x our 2026 EPS estimate of $6.65 (up by $0.54). Our target multiples compare to EXPD's one-year average forward multiple of 24x. EXPD delivered strong Q1 results, with EPS of $1.71 vs. $1.47 in the prior year, beating our $1.37 estimate and the $1.33 consensus forecast. Revenue rose 4% to $2.7B from $2.67B, exceeding our $2.59B forecast as Airfreight and Customs strength offset Ocean weakness. Segment performance was mixed, with Airfreight revenue surging 14% to $1.03B on favorable pricing, while Ocean revenue plummeted 23% to $599M due to capacity oversupply pressuring both pricing and volumes. Management expects global capacity oversupply to persist in the near term despite maintaining Ocean profitability. Customs/Other revenue jumped 17% to $1.15B, with double-digit growth across all products, led by hyperscaler and high-value technology customer demand plus tariff complexity.

Research Alert: Hp: A Rough March Quarter, Both At Home And Abroad

CFRA, an independent research provider, has providedwith the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:HP posted an adjusted operating loss of $0.38 per share in Q2, deteriorating from a $0.15 loss in Q1 and missing consensus by $0.34, while revenues of $932M fell 8.4% sequentially amid lower activity levels. Adjusted EBITDA of $178M declined 23% sequentially amid persistent margin compression across all segments. Regional headwinds abounded with North America direct margin falling 10% to $215M on reduced average active rigs and pricing pressure, while International plunged 60% to $11.5M primarily due to Middle East conflict impacts starting February 28. Management guided North America direct margin to recover to $230M-$240M in Q4, but provided an exceptionally wide $12M-$32M range for International given ongoing geopolitical uncertainty. HP meaningfully strengthened its balance sheet by completing the Utica Square sale for after-tax proceeds exceeding $100M and retiring $400M in debt ahead of schedule, while returning $25M to shareholders and focusing on the $350M bond maturity in CY 27.

Research Alert: CFRA Maintains Strong Buy Rating On Shares Of Servicenow Inc.

CFRA, an independent research provider, has providedwith the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:NOW held its Analyst Day last week, updating medium-term financial targets and detailing its AI monetization strategy, which reinforced our bullish view on its AI opportunity. Now Assist ACV exceeded $750M at the end of Q1 and the firm is on track to reach $1.5B by year-end, with a pathway to reach $9 billion by 2030, powered by its Action Fabric and Autonomous Workers. We believe NOW is navigating the AI transition effectively with a platform where AI strengthens rather than threatens the core business, supported by multiple growth engines including Security & Risk, Data & Analytics, and CRM. Management provided a base case scenario for subscription revenues to reach $30B by 2030, with a more optimistic path to $32B (20% CAGR). Margin expansion is also expected to resume in 2027, with clear line of sight to achieve a Rule of 60+ by 2030. We maintain our Strong Buy rating and raise our 12-month target price to $134 from $110. We keep our 2026 EPS view at $4.13, but lift our 2027 EPS to $5.09 from $5.05.
