The telecommunications company's earnings per share increased to 12.61 yen from 11.96 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.
Operating revenue climbed 5.1% to 14.4 trillion yen in the year ended March 31 from 13.7 trillion yen in the prior year.
NTT declared a final dividend of 2.65 yen per share, payable from June 1.
For fiscal year 2026, the company expects attributable profit of 980 billion, basic EPS of 12.10 yen, and operating revenue of 15.1 trillion yen.
NTT plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 2.70 yen per share each for the year, which is higher than the amount paid in the year-ago period.
