NSK (TYO:6471) declared a year-end dividend of 17 yen per share for the fiscal year 2025, matching earlier forecasts and also unchanged from the amount paid a year ago.
The total dividend payment amounts to 8.48 billion yen, payable from retained earnings on June 8, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
The company's policy places great importance on providing stable shareholder returns as part of its mid-term management plan, targeting a dividend payout ratio ranging from 30% to 50% while maintaining a dividend on equity ratio of approximately 2.5% as a lower limit.
For the fiscal year 2026, NSK forecasts full-year dividends of 34 yen per share, consisting of an interim dividend of 17 yen and a year-end dividend of 17 yen.
