Ming Yuan Cloud's CFO Steps Down; Successor Named

Ming Yuan Cloud's (HKG:0909) Chief Financial Officer Xiao Zhimiao resigned effective Friday due to personal arrangements, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The software company, on the same day, named Huang Bingqi as its new CFO. Huang has been part of the group since January when she joined as the head of finance of the overseas business department.

Separately, the firm granted over 16.5 million award shares to 109 employees. The shares represent around 0.86% of the firm's issued share capital.

The company now has a little over 62.6 million underlying shares available for future grants under the scheme limit and 9.8 million shares under the service provider sublimit.

Hwatsing Technology (SHA:688120) plans to raise up to 400 million yuan from the sale of 35.4 million shares to 35 investors under a private placement, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Proceeds will be used to fund integrated circuit and semiconductor equipment research and development, as well as wafer regeneration and expansion projects, the filing said.
