Longyun Cultural Creation & Tech Unit to Sell Shanghai Real Estate for 126 Million Yuan

Shanghai Longyun Cultural Creation & Technology Group's (SHA:603729) unit, Shanghai Holdo Industrial, plans to sell a real estate on the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.

The real estate, which is located in Sheshan Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai, will have a listing price of 125.9 million yuan.

The land has a gross floor area of 8,047.59 square meters and a land area of 17,125 square meters.

The Chinese advertising services provider's shares fell 2% at the close.
