Giga Device Semiconductor (SHA:603986) posted first-quarter attributable net profit of 1.46 billion yuan, up 523% from 234.6 million yuan the previous year.Earnings per share rose to 2.18 yuan from 0.35 yuan, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The semiconductor company's operating revenue jumped 119% year over year to 4.19 billion yuan from 1.91 billion yuan.
