JAS Asset (BKK:J) said 38 new ordinary shares will be listed and available for trading on June 16, following the exercise of J-W3 warrants.
The issuance raises the company's total registered capital to 1,460,730,975 Thai baht, up from 1,460,730,937 baht, according to a Monday Thailand bourse filing.
The new shares are priced at 9 baht each under a 1:1 warrant conversion ratio, the property developer said.
The warrants were exercised on June 5, and the new shares will be available for trading starting June 16.
