Intelligent Monitoring Group Completes Acquisition of New Zealand-Based Firm

Intelligent Monitoring Group (ASX:IMB) completed the acquisition of BlueSky Holdco from Johnson Control Luxembourg European Finance, a Johnson Controls International subsidiary, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The transaction includes the purchase of fire protection service and security providers Tyco NZ and Red Wolf Security for NZ$45 million, the filing said.

The company's shares were up nearly 1% in recent Friday trade.
