Ichigo Hotel REIT Logs 3% Decline in April's Revenue

Ichigo Hotel REIT (TYO:3463) recorded a 3% year-on-year decline in revenue from 24 hotels to 992.7 million yen in April, a Monday Tokyo bourse filing said.

The REIT logged a 3.8% on-year decrease in revenue per available room to 8,596 yen during the month under review.

Occupancy rate for the month slipped 1.7% to 82.8% from the year-ago period.

The average daily rate for the month was down 2.1% to 10,379 yen from April 2025.
