Forrestania Resources (ASX:FRS) disclosed a mineral resource estimate (MRE) for the Ada Ann Deposit at its Coolgardie gold hub in Western Australia, totaling 204,500 tonnes at 2.76 grams per tonne gold for 18,160 ounces at a 0.5 g/t gold cut-off, up 46% from the previous estimate, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.The company said the updated MRE includes a maiden indicated resource of 117,100 tonnes at 2.60 g/t gold for 9,780 ounces, representing 53% of the total resource.The company added that further work is planned, including resource extension drilling along strike and down dip, diamond core drilling to facilitate metallurgical test work, environmental baseline studies, and conceptual mining studies, with an approved 50-hole drill program currently in place.

Transurban Group (ASX:TCL) said recent Australian traffic showed signs of improvement after geopolitical and macroeconomic factors impacted vehicle volume in late March and early April, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.Melbourne posted a 1.6% increase in April traffic with the West Gate Tunnel adding to the total, while Brisbane traffic ticked 0.7% higher.
