Fibocom Wireless、Hangsheng Electronicsの支配権獲得を検討、株価は9%下落

-- Fibocom Wireless Inc(香港証券取引所:0638、上海証券取引所:300638)は、Shenzhen Hangsheng Electronicsの支配権を取得するための大規模な資産再編案を推進していると発表した。

無線通信モジュールメーカーである同社の株価は、金曜午前の取引で9%以上下落した。

この取引は現金によるものとなる見込みであり、完了すれば、Hangsheng Electronicsは支配下の子会社となる。

Fibocomは、関係各社との協議を継続しつつ、監査、評価、およびデューデリジェンスを実施していると述べた一方で、現時点で正式な合意は締結されていないとしている。
