-- 欧州委員会は木曜日、伊藤忠商事とペニンシュラ・ペトロリアムによるアンモニア燃料取引の合弁事業を承認した。欧州経済領域（EEA）における市場シェアの限定性と事業活動のごくわずかを理由としている。 欧州委員会は、EU合併規則に基づき、日本の伊藤忠商事とアイルランドに拠点を置くペニンシュラ・ペトロリアムによるこの合弁事業を承認した。 欧州委員会によると、両社はアンモニア燃料供給サービスの販売と船舶燃料としてのアンモニア取引に注力する予定だ。 欧州委員会は、簡略化された審査手続きを経て、欧州経済領域における合弁事業の事業規模がごくわずかであり、両社を合わせた市場シェアも限定的であることから、競争上の懸念はないと判断した。
