EMP Metals社、プロジェクト・オーロラ実証プラントで初の製塩設備を受領

-- EMP Metals(EMPS.CN)は、技術提携先のSaltworks Technologies社から、同社のプロジェクト・オーロラ実証プラントに最初の設備が納入されたことを、水曜日の早朝に発表した。 同社によると、Saltworks Technologies社からの最初の7台のトラック分の生産設備が、サスカチュワン州ビューフィールド・プロジェクトエリアにあるプロジェクト・オーロラ・リチウム実証施設に到着した。 「今回の納入は、EMPの統合型連続フロー式リチウム精製実証システムであるプロジェクト・オーロラにとって、重要な操業上の節目となる。プロジェクト・オーロラは、坑口から1日あたり10立方メートルの原塩水をリチウム化学品まで処理するように設計されている」と、同社は述べている。 生産設備は直ちに施設内に設置され、残りの設備は今後数週間以内に納入される予定だ。同社は、2026年第3四半期のプラント稼働開始を目指して準備を進めている。 「ソルトワークス社の処理設備が、予定通り、試運転準備完了の状態でストートン工場に到着したことを大変嬉しく思います」と、カール・コットマイヤー最高経営責任者(CEO)は述べました。「これは私たちが長年かけて準備してきた成果であり、建設から操業への移行にあたり、ソルトワークス社の技術力とオーロラ・プロジェクトの成功への献身に感謝いたします。」 同社の株価は、カナダ証券取引所で直近の取引で0.025ドル安の0.55ドルで推移しています。
