Daido Metal Declares Higher Final Dividend for Fiscal Year 2025

Daido Metal (TYO:7245) declared a year-end dividend of 19 yen per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, matching earlier forecasts and also higher than the 11 yen per share paid a year ago.

The total dividend payment amounts to 902 million yen, payable from retained earnings on June 29, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.

For the fiscal year ended March 31, the company's annual dividend, including the interim dividend of 12 yen, will be 31 yen per share.

For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, Daido Steel forecasts full-year dividends of 31 yen per share, consisting of an interim dividend of 12 yen and a year-end dividend of 19 yen.

JB Foods Attributable Profit Slides 33% in Fiscal H2

JB Foods (SGX:BEW) attributable profit to owners fell 33% in fiscal second half ended March 31 to $20.5 million from $30.7 million a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Earnings per share fell to $0.0605 compared with $0.1011 in the year-ago period.Revenue dropped 38% year over year to $591.2 million from $946.8 million.The cocoa ingredient producer declared a final dividend of SG$0.045 per share and a special dividend of SG$0.028 per share, taking the total dividend for fiscal 2026 to SG$0.075 per share.
