Chaoju Eye Care子会社、中国赤峰市で5年間の賃貸借契約を締結

-- Chaoju Eye Care(香港証券取引所:2219)は、子会社が中国・赤峰市において5年間の賃貸借契約を締結したと発表した。

同社の株価は木曜日の午前中の取引で1%以上上昇した。

同社の赤峰市病院子会社は、Hongshan District Haohui Information Consultancy Centreから1物件を1430万元で、またHongshan District Tongde Domestic Services Departmentから別の1物件を66万8100元で賃借する予定である。

もう1つの子会社であるChifeng Opticalも、Hongshan District Haohui Information Consultancy Centreから物件を賃借し、総額50万9800元を支払う予定である。

これらの賃貸借契約は2031年5月5日まで有効となる。
