Casa's Attributable Profit Slumps 76% in Fiscal H1

Casa's (SGX:C04) attributable profit to equity holders dropped 76% to SG$104,000 in the fiscal first half from SG$431,000 a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Basic earnings per share stood at SG$0.0005 in the six months ended March 31, down from SG$0.0021 in the year-ago period.

The home appliances company's revenue declined 17% year over year to SG$8.7 million from SG$10.5 million.

Resona's Profit Climbs 21% in Fiscal Year 2025

Resona's (TYO:8308) net income attributable to owners of the parent rose 21% to 258.7 billion yen in the fiscal year 2025 from 213.3 billion yen a year earlier.The bank holding company's net income per share increased to 113.81 yen from 92.39 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.Ordinary income jumped 22% to 1.375 trillion yen from 1.117 trillion yen in the prior year.Resona declared a final dividend of 14.50 yen per share, payable from June 9.For fiscal year 2026, the company expects attributable net income of 310 billion yen and net income per share of 137.60 yen.Resona plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 18.50 yen per share each for the year, higher than the amount paid in the year-ago period.

China Resources Land's Contracted Sales Jump 50% in April

China Resources Land (HKG:1109) recorded contracted sales and a gross floor area (GFA) of around 25.9 billion yuan and 594,000 square meters in April, respectively, up 50% and down 0.1% from the year-ago period, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.Recurring revenue for the month jumped 7% year over year to roughly 4.23 billion yuan. Of the total, rental income from the investment property rental business climbed 11% to 2.85 billion yuan.For the four months ended April 30, the property developer's contracted sales rose 2.2% to approximately 70 billion yuan, while GFA slipped 28% to 1.8 million square meters.Recurring revenue for the period increased 7.4% to 17.6 billion yuan, of which rental income from the investment property rental business jumped 13% to 12 billion yuan.
