Babcock & Wilcox Prices $200 Million Common Stock Offering

Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises (BW) said Friday it priced a public offering of about 10.8 million common shares at $18.50 per share, for expected gross proceeds of about $200 million.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the offered shares.

Proceeds from the offering, expected to close Monday, will be used to pay down debt, fund equipment production and support growth plans, such as AI data center projects and potential acquisitions.

Shares of Babcock fell more than 9% in recent premarket activity Friday.
