Austem (KOSDAQ:031510) plans to retire 2.91 million treasury shares, valued at 4.35 billion won.
The shares will be retired on June 5 at a par value of 500 won apiece, according to a Tuesday filing from the South Korean automobile parts manufacturer on the Korea Exchange.
Shares of Austem fell nearly 1% in recent trade.
