Anhui Transport Consulting Moves to Dissolve Small Loan Investee

Anhui Transport Consulting & Design Institute (SHA:603357) has approved the formal dissolution and liquidation of micro-lending firm Hefei Wantong Small Loan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The investee company is 10% owned by Anhui Transport's wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Expressway Test & Research Center.

Hefei Wantong Small Loan ceased new business in July 2025 due to poor performance.

Shares of the engineering services company were down 1% in recent trade.
