Allied Digital Services' Consolidated Loss Narrows in Fiscal Q4; Shares Down 6%

Allied Digital Services (NSE:ADSL, BOM:532875) said its consolidated attributable loss narrowed to 54.8 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter from 86.7 million rupees a year ago, according to a Thursday filing on Indian bourses.

Shares of the company fell over 6% in Friday's trade.

Loss per share in the quarter ended March 31 also narrowed to 0.59 rupees from 1.42 rupees a year earlier.

Revenue from operations of the IT company climbed year on year to 2.68 billion rupees from 2.04 billion rupees.

The board of Allied Digital Services declared a final dividend of 1.50 rupees per share for the financial year ended March 31.

Jiajia Food Amends Investment Fund Agreement
