Many Peaks Minerals Reports Maiden Independent Mineral Resource for Ivory Coast Prospect Area; Shares Reach All-Time Peak

-- Many Peaks Minerals (ASX:MPK) said the maiden independent mineral resource estimate for the Ouarigue prospect area within the Ferke gold project in Ivory Coast came in at 26.7 million tonnes at 1.5 grams per tonnes (g/t) grade of gold for 1.3 million ounces, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

This includes 23.1 million tonnes at 1.5 g/t grade of gold in the measured and indicated category, and 3.5 million tonnes at 2 g/t grade of gold in the inferred category.

The company said it expects ongoing drilling to deliver near-term resource growth at Ferke, as well as resource growth and increasing confidence in the Ouarigue mineral resource to underpin pre-feasibility studies.

Many Peaks Minerals' shares jumped 8% in recent trading on Monday, reaching an all-time peak.
