Global Lithium Resources (ASX:GL1) executed a binding term sheet with Jiangsu Lopal Tech., which provides for an equity investment of AU$7.3 million via a placement and an offtake prepayment of $75 million, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.Jiangsu Lopal will subscribe for 13.8 million fully paid ordinary shares in Global Lithium at an issue price of AU$0.52875 per share.Jiangsu Lopal will offtake 40% of Manna lithium project's annual actual production. Phancy Group Seeks HK$1.57 Billion via Share Offering; Shares Drop 11%

Phancy Group (HKG:6682) seeks to raise HK$1.57 billion via a stock offering, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.Shares of the company fell nearly 11% in morning trade Wednesday.The firm is seeking investors for 38.8 million shares at HK$40.36 apiece to raise funds to support the company's ongoing business development needs, including the purchase of GPUs for artificial intelligence computing power.The shares represent 12.09% of the firm's H shares and 7.47% of its issued shares, and 10.79% and 6.95% as enlarged by the sale, respectively.

Bitfire to Buy Software Assets From Chairman-Linked Firm for HK$12 Million; Shares Jump 3%

Bitfire (HKG:1611) said it agreed to acquire software assets from a company controlled by its chairman, Li Lin, for about HK$12.4 million, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.The assets comprise the AvenirX System, an investment and trading platform covering portfolio management, execution, and risk control functions.The consideration will be paid in cash in two instalments, the filing said.Bitfire said the acquisition will help integrate its trading infrastructure, enhance risk management, and support long-term growth in asset management.Shares of the company rose nearly 3% in early-morning trade on Wednesday.
