瑞银称,Worldpay收购案后,全球支付行业或将转向技术驱动型收入模式。

-- 瑞银证券周一发布的一份报告指出,Global Payments (GPN) 收购 Worldpay 后,其商户组合预计将更加依赖技术。 瑞银预计,合并后公司 2025 年的备考商户业务组合中,技术驱动型商户约占 64%,关系型商户约占 36%。这反映出,在收购 Worldpay 并剥离 Payroll 和 AdvancedMD 后,公司对集成式和嵌入式支付以及软件驱动型解决方案的依赖程度有所提高。 瑞银表示,这一转变凸显了公司对可扩展的技术驱动型收入来源的更大依赖,同时中小企业和关系型渠道仍然是其业务的重要组成部分。 瑞银还表示,其备考模型预测,合并后公司 2025 年的收入将达到 121 亿美元。 瑞银维持对 Global Payments 的“中性”评级和 87 美元的目标价。

Adani Green Energy's Consolidated Profit Rises in Fiscal Q4

Adani Green Energy (NSE:ADANIGREEN, BOM:541450) consolidated attributable net profit jumped to 5.14 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter from 3.83 billion rupees a year ago, according to a Friday filing by the renewable energy company.Earnings per share for the quarter ended March 31 climbed to 2.33 rupees from 1.26 rupees a year earlier.Power supply revenue increased year on year to 30.9 billion rupees from 26.7 billion rupees while sale of goods fell to 2.34 billion rupees from 3.85 billion rupees.Shares of the company rose nearly 1% in Monday's trade.
