Aceso Life Science (HKG:0474) agreed to subscribe for 2,102 shares issued by substantial shareholder Imagi Fin Group, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the construction machinery seller were down nearly 1% in Tuesday afternoon trading.The firm will settle the consideration of HK$167.3 million by issuing over 1.39 billion shares to Imagi Fin Group at HK$0.12 apiece.As of Tuesday, Imagi Fin Group holds 1.48 billion shares in Aceso Life Science.Aceso Life Science currently owns 2,624 shares in Imagi Fin Group, which will rise to 4,726 shares following completion of the subscription.Imagi Fin Group is a unit of Imagi International (HKG:0585).
