-- 馬來西亞國家石油公司（Petronas）週四表示，日本能源公司Eneos Xplora將重新入股其子公司馬來西亞液化天然氣公司（Malaysia LNG Tiga，簡稱MLNG Tiga），收購10%的股權。此前雙方的合資協議已於2023年到期。 Petronas表示，一旦交易完成（需滿足交割條件），Eneos將在未來十年內再次成為MLNG Tiga的合作夥伴。 MLNG Tiga從海上氣田生產液化天然氣，並向日本買家供應天然氣。該公司於2003年開始運營，此後Eneos和Petronas一直保持著合作關係。 該公司表示，位於沙撈越海岸附近、由Eneos營運的SK-10區塊是該專案開發的一部分。 Eneos也表示，該公司於2016年開始參與另一家Petronas子公司Petronas LNG 9營運的液化天然氣工廠計畫。
