The pharmaceutical company's earnings per share increased to 148.41 yen from 106.41 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.
Revenue jumped 5.9% to 515.79 billion yen for the year ended March 31.
Meanwhile, a final dividend of 40 yen per share, payable June 19, was also declared.
For fiscal year 2026, the company expects attributable profit of 71 billion yen, basic EPS of 151.09 yen, and revenue of 455 billion yen. Ono Pharmaceutical also plans to keep per-share interim and year-end dividend payouts stable year over year at 40 yen for each period.
