Daqin's Core Operating Asset Posts 2% Rise in Freight Transportation Volume in April

-- Daqin Railway's (SHA:601006) core operating asset, the Daqin Railway Line, recorded a 1.8% year on year rise in its freight transportation volume to 31.2 million tons, according to a Friday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.

The average daily freight volume was around 1 million tons.

The Daqin Railway Line operated 72.7 trains per day on average, including an average of 55.4 trains with a 20,000-ton capacity.

Between January and April, the Daqin Line's freight transportation volume climbed 3.8% from a year earlier to 128 million tons.
