-- 北京企業都市資源集団(香港証券取引所:3718)傘下のシャイニー・グローリー・サービスが、香港レジャー・文化サービス局の入札プロセスを経て、2つのプロジェクトを受注した。香港証券取引所への月曜日の提出書類で明らかになった。 3年間の契約内容は、レジャー施設への清掃および付帯サービス(3億9290万香港ドル)と、公園および遊具施設への清掃および付帯サービス(2億8480万香港ドル)である。 これらのサービスは、レジャー・文化サービス局管轄の東区、湾仔区、中西区、南区で提供される。 同社はまだ正式な契約を締結していない。

Sun Pharmaceutical to Acquire US-Based Organon in $11.8 Billion Deal

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries (NSE:SUNPHARMA, BOM:524715) has agreed to acquire US-based Organon & Co in an all-cash deal at an enterprise valuation of $11.8 billion, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.Under the pact, Sun Pharmaceutical will buy all outstanding shares of Organon for $14.00 per share. It plans to fund the acquisition through a combination of available cash resources and committed financing from banks.The acquisition is estimated to boost Sun Pharmaceutical's revenues to $12.4 billion.Organon, which was spun off from Merck in 2021, specializes in women's health and biosimilars and has more than 70 products sold across 140 countries.The Organon buyout is part of Sun Pharmaceutical's strategy "of growing its Innovative Medicines business," according to Sun Pharma's statement.The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of required regulatory approvals andapproval by Organon stockholders.
